I have only been taking this oil for 2 days and I will update once some time has past. After the first dose (1 dropper), I slept so good that night and woke up refreshed. I also had a lot of energy the next day. That hasn't happened in a long time. I did get the unflavored oil and does not have any taste whatsoever. It is a little oily, but what do you expect, it's an oil! I did 2 doses today and one of them was sublingual (under tongue).

I hold it under my tongue until it's completely dissolved so little longer than 30 seconds and man let me tell you my energy level is through the roof so I'm sure you're taking this and I've noticed that I've lost some weight my suggestion is just to eat something within 45 minutes of taking it but I do it first thing in the morning about 20 minutes after I brush my teeth.. been on it a month now and definitely notice a difference it's also helped with my Nerve pain the energy I get from it is amazing

These are great vitamins. They are easy to take. Just drop it under your tongue and hold it. It didn't taste bad or leave a bad after taste. You then swallow. Take it daily. I've got to take it more to see how it affects me. But do far so good. I plan to keep taking them.
